01 · The night before

"We do not sell licences. We sell certainty."

The advice you should have been given the first time.

For the founders we work with, people who run companies, families, and capital with intent, the Gulf is no longer a hedge against home. It is the home. Choosing Dubai or Riyadh is now a primary decision, not a secondary one. The advice required to make that decision well has not kept pace with how serious the choice has become.

What we offer is not faster. It is righter the first time. The licence that matches the activity. The bank that says yes on the first attempt. The corporate-tax filing that lands without a penalty. The advisor who took your first call still answering it in year five.

If we are the right firm for what you are building, you will know within a single phone call. If we are not, we will tell you and recommend a firm that is.

02 · The firm in numbers

Six years measured in outcomes, not in invoices.

Every figure is verifiable on request from our filings, our advisor logs, and the founders we have served. Many remain with us in year four, year five, year six.

10,000+Companies established
90%Client retention at year three
0FTA penalties on filings we manage
94%First-attempt bank approvals
78%New clients arriving on referral
40+Nationalities · six continents

Cumulative establishment figure includes the firm's predecessor practice (2015 to 2020) and the founding partners' prior client base.

03 · Operating principles

Four rules. Six years. Zero exceptions.

Easy to write, hard to live by. These are the four we have refused to compromise on since the firm was founded, even when it has cost us the engagement.

I

Answer the question you should have asked.

If a founder calls about a Free Zone licence but should be in Mainland, we say so on the first call. We are paid for judgement, not for processing.

II

Fixed fees, or we don't take the work.

Every engagement is quoted in writing before a single document is filed. Government fees pass through at cost with original receipts. No commissions from free zones, banks, or insurers. The price is the price. Free zone packages start from AED 5,750, and every quote is fixed in writing.

III

One advisor. For the life of the relationship.

You will not be passed between juniors. The senior advisor who answers your first call is the same person who renews your licence in year five and onboards your second entity.

IV

We measure ourselves in years, not quarters.

Year-three retention is the only number that matters. We turn down work that would not still be ours in three years, because that is the only honest test of fit.

04 · The door

One advisor. No hand-offs. Ever.

The market standard is to hand a client through six departments: sales, KYC, formation, PRO, accounting, banking. Each one a hand-off, each one a chance to drop the ball. We have collapsed that into a single point of accountability. The advisor who answers your first call owns every part of the relationship, every year.

Industry standard · six departments, five hand-offs
  • 01Sales rep closes the engagement and disappears
  • 02KYC officer collects documents, re-asks every question
  • 03Formation team files but doesn't know the brief
  • 04PRO chases approvals from a separate desk
  • 05Accounting inherits gaps that nobody flagged
  • 06Bank introducer is paid commission to recommend whoever pays best
Noble Core · one named advisor, for everything
  • 01Senior advisor answers the first call, and every call after
  • 02Documents collected once, never re-requested
  • 03Same advisor files, monitors, and reports back personally
  • 04PRO and government work happens in-house, never outsourced
  • 05Compliance is continuous, not retrofitted at year-end
  • 06Banking introductions come with no commission, ever
AI-driven operations

We do not sell AI. We use it, relentlessly, so the work arrives sooner, cleaner, and right the first time.

Document validation, KYC pre-screening, application drafting, deadline monitoring, and regulatory-update intelligence all run through our internal automation layer before reaching a human desk. The result you feel is speed. The result we measure is fewer errors and advisors spending their time on the questions that genuinely require judgement.

United Arab Emirates.

The UAE remains the most efficient venue in the region for establishing a globally bankable company. Free zones for ownership and incentives, mainland for unrestricted trading, offshore for holding and asset protection. We work across all of them, without zone preferences and without commission.

Banking & capital

Where the licence meets the bank account.

The single hardest moment in a UAE setup is the corporate bank account. We do not sell introductions. We pre-clear your structure with the relationship manager before the licence is even issued, so the application that arrives at the bank is the application the bank wants to see. No commission accepted, ever.

Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Saudi is no longer optional. Vision 2030 has made foreign establishment in the Kingdom faster and more rewarding than at any point in the country's history, provided you arrive with the right counsel. MISA, commercial registration, and Premium Residency are handled end-to-end from Riyadh, in Arabic, with native government relationships.

Inside the Kingdom, we do not work alone

Our KSA delivery partner, on the ground.

Saudi establishment is a relationship business conducted in Arabic, in person, inside ministries that reward familiarity. Our Kingdom mandates are executed on the ground with our licensed business-setup and PRO partner in Riyadh. Your Noble Core advisor does not change. The Kingdom simply gains a resident, Arabic-native execution desk behind them.

KSA delivery partner

A Saudi-licensed consultancy, seated in Riyadh.

Aligned to the Vision 2030 programme, with established relationships inside the ministries that issue and renew, and end-to-end PRO capability across labour and immigration held in-Kingdom. Engaged under Noble Core's instruction; introduced by name on engagement.

One advisor.
Two jurisdictions.

The partnership changes who stands in the ministry queue, not who answers your call. Our partner executes inside the Kingdom under our instruction; Noble Core remains the single point of accountability for the mandate, the fee, and the outcome. No commission passes between the two firms.

08 · How an engagement works

From signed brief to live entity, in four weeks.

This is the typical cadence. Faster paths exist (5-day Free Zone setups are routine); slower ones too. What does not change is who you speak to, when you hear back, and the order in which the work happens.

I
Week one

Brief & clearance.

  • NDA signed before any sensitive exchange
  • Single named partner introduced; first call within 24 hours
  • KYC pre-cleared through the automation layer
  • Jurisdiction recommendation in writing
  • Fixed-fee quote issued
II
Week two

  • Final structure approved by you in writing
  • MoA, applications, resolutions drafted
  • Initial application submitted
  • Bank pre-cleared with named relationship manager
  • Office / flexi-desk scoped
III
Week three

Issuance & banking.

  • Trade licence issued
  • Pre-cleared bank application submitted
  • Visas and medicals initiated in parallel
  • Office lease executed

  • Bank account live; opening deposit cleared
  • Visas and Emirates ID stamped
  • Compliance calendar set: VAT, ESR, AML, audit
  • Always-on dashboard activated
  • First quarterly partner review scheduled

What happens next: the same partner who closed week one continues as your named advisor, through your first renewal, your first audit, and the day you decide to add a second entity. Continuity is the deliverable.

10 · Before you engage

The questions every serious operator asks. Our answers.

How is your fee structured?

Fixed quote in writing before any document is filed. Government fees pass through at cost with original receipts. We do not accept commission from any free zone, bank, or insurer. The price is the price.

I'm not sure between Mainland and Free Zone yet.

That choice is the work, not the precondition. We pre-clear your activity classification across both jurisdictions before recommending one. The conversation costs you nothing and gives you a written recommendation either way.

How long does the bank account actually take?

First-attempt approval rate across our eight named partner banks: 94%. Typical timeline from licence issuance to live account: 7 to 21 days. We pre-clear with the relationship manager before submission.

Will I work with the same person every year?

Yes. The senior partner on your first call is the same advisor who renews your licence in year five and onboards your second entity. No hand-offs, no re-introductions, no junior staff inheriting your file.

How do you handle confidentiality?

NDA signed before any commercially sensitive exchange. Client files are held in an encrypted vault accessible only to your named advisor and the supervising partner. No client information is sent to public AI tools.

What if you're not the right firm for me?

We tell you on the first call and recommend a firm that is. We turn down work that would not still be ours in three years. That is the only honest test of fit, and the reason 90%+ of our clients remain with us at year three.
