5. Payment Terms
Service fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Government fees (DED, free zone authorities, Ministry of Human Resources, Emirates ID, medical, visa stamping, etc.) are pass-through costs collected on your behalf and are non-refundable once paid to the relevant authority. Our consultancy fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Providing accurate, complete, and timely information and documents
- Ensuring all submitted documents are genuine and legally obtained
- Complying with ongoing regulatory obligations (trade license renewal, tax filing, UBO disclosure, etc.) after setup is complete
- Paying all applicable government fees and third-party charges
- Decisions based on our advice — we recommend, you decide
7. Timelines
Our “3-7 day setup” timeline refers to standard free zone or mainland company formation where all documents are provided promptly and no additional government approvals are required. Timelines may extend due to:
- Government processing delays beyond our control
- Additional approvals required for regulated activities (legal, medical, educational, financial, etc.)
- Incomplete client documentation
- Bank account opening timelines which are controlled by the banks, not Noble Core
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Website — including text, graphics, logos, images, videos, and software — is the property of Noble Core Ventures or its licensors and is protected by UAE and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, Noble Core Ventures is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Business decisions made based on general website content
- Changes in UAE laws or government fees after service delivery
- Delays or denials by government authorities or banks
Our total liability under any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid to us for that specific engagement.
