8. Social Media Platform Data and API Usage

Noble Core Ventures FZ-LLC operates approved developer applications on the following social media platforms to publish, schedule, and analyze our own business content: Pinterest, Meta (Facebook, Instagram, Threads), LinkedIn, X (Twitter), TikTok, and YouTube. This section describes how we handle data obtained through each platform’s official API.

8.1 What We Collect

  • Account identifiers (user ID, username, business/page ID, board ID, channel ID).
  • Content metadata for posts we publish (post ID, pin ID, caption, hashtags, scheduled time).
  • Public engagement metrics on our own content (impressions, reach, saves, clicks, likes, comments, shares).
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens issued by the platform to our application.
  • Media we ourselves upload (images, video, carousels) prior to publication.

We do not collect, scrape, or store data about other users, their followers, their content, their messages, or their private profile fields.

8.2 Why We Collect It (Purpose Limitation)

Data is used solely to (a) publish content to our own accounts via the official API, (b) schedule that content, and (c) report performance of our own content back to ourselves. We do not use platform data for advertising profiling, audience building, retargeting, resale, or any purpose other than operating our own social presence.

8.3 Storage and Security

  • All data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS 1.2+.
  • OAuth access tokens and refresh tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256.
  • Tokens and platform data are stored in access-controlled cloud infrastructure (Vercel and Cloudflare regions, EU/US).
  • Access is limited to authorized Noble Core personnel on a least-privilege basis.
  • We do not store platform passwords; authentication is OAuth 2.0 only.

8.4 Retention

OAuth tokens are retained while the integration is active and are revoked immediately on user request, on app uninstall, or after 90 days of inactivity. Aggregated performance metrics are retained for up to 24 months for trend analysis. Raw API responses are purged within 30 days.

8.5 No Sharing, No Sale, No Advertising Profiling

We never sell, rent, license, or share platform data with advertisers, data brokers, or any third party. Platform data is never combined with data from other platforms or external sources to build profiles. Platform data is never used for advertising targeting on or off the originating platform.

8.6 User Rights and Deletion Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of any data we hold by emailing privacy@noblecoreventures.com. We will respond within 30 days. You may also revoke our application’s access at any time directly from your platform account settings, which immediately invalidates the OAuth tokens we hold.

8.7 Compliance With Platform Terms

Our application complies with each platform’s Developer Agreement, Platform Policy, API Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Use Guidelines, including the Pinterest Developer Guidelines, Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies, LinkedIn API Terms of Use, X Developer Agreement and Policy, TikTok Developer Terms of Service, and YouTube API Services Terms of Service (incorporating the Google Privacy Policy at https://policies.google.com/privacy, with revocation available at https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

8.8 No Scraping or Reverse Engineering

We access platform data only through official APIs using documented endpoints. We do not scrape, crawl, or reverse-engineer any platform. We do not bypass rate limits, authentication, or robots.txt directives.

8.9 Children’s Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13 (or 16 in the EEA/UK). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has provided data to us, contact privacy@noblecoreventures.com for immediate deletion.
