Every client walks in asking "how fast can I get a license?" That's rarely the most important question. Our first job is to help you ask the right one — which zone, which structure, which visa strategy, which tax exposure. Then we answer it honestly, even when it slows us down.
Hourly billing incentivizes slow work. Milestone billing incentivizes the next milestone. We quote fixed fees upfront — license, visa, banking, accounting, tax. If the fee doesn't make sense, we don't take the file. We'd rather lose the work than manage it wrong.
